La tournée de Taiwan 2013 : Chiang Kai-sek's Memorial

Paying a visit to the Taiwan's first president's memorial is not really in the itinerary.
Peaceful and tranquil surrounding befitting a president's memorial

 A majestic archway

The memorial and the museum of the President.

A carpet like lawn

Dining place is scarce somewhere near the Chiang Kai-sek memorial .  After some search, we came to this shop.  Here we ordered a bowl of 肉羹米粉 which was a  soup noodle with chopped pork,  a bowl of 猪肚汤, a pig stomach soup which was totally different from what we have in our country.  Here the soup had no peppercorn at all and it was cooked with radish and button mushrooms. We also ordered a bowl of ginseng chicken soup and two 鲁蛋which was actually eggs stewed in soya sauce and five spices like the  one that we can get from the Taihu lobak stall.  All and all, it was only TWD165.
